DETERMINE YOUR FOOT SIZE Foot size changes throughout life - it widens during pregnancy, narrows with weight loss - our research shows that 62% of women have not had their feet measured in the last five years. Jane Faulkner, a podiatrist at Sole Sister, recommends "sturdy high-heeled shoes that are also flat, tied or buckled." The toe should be deep enough to fit your toes and the width should be enough to cover the top of your foot.
